How to verify a Paypal account in Pakistan?

 

As a Pakistani we have to suffer the lack of many services on internet. Even a famous video streaming website like Youtube is also blocked in our country. If you are an old internet user then you must have had found many websites which says that “Our services are not available in your country”. This is just because many of our countrymen are doing a lot of scam work online.

Fake accounts, invalid transactions and other criminal activities from Pakistanis have forced many reputed websites to block/abandon their services in Pakistan which is such a big shame for us.

Likewise Paypal is also not offering its services in Pakistan because their administrators are afraid of invalid transactions, one of the major concerns for Paypal is that Pakistanis can use their services to do criminal activities such as funding banned outfits.

If you are an internet user who wants  to earn money from internet then you must have had suffer from the same problem which I had to and that is that Paypal services are not available in Pakistan.

When I searched for online jobs I found many opportunities for myself but only thing which stopped me from trying my luck on those particular fields was the fact that their payment processor was Paypal.

I probably had to ignore more than a hundred job offers and opportunities online just because the unavailability of Paypal in Pakistan.

I got frustrated but I got bucked up when I found Payza which is another Payment processor which is also available in Pakistan but my happiness turned into a big disappointment when I found that many companies were not using Payza as their Payment processor.

I was again there from where I started thus I had to search for a solution to get a verified Paypal account somehow.

I was very fortunate to find a simple solution for my problem, thanks to Mr. Rehmat(Blogger at Supportive Hands)  who gave me the idea to get a verified Paypal account in Pakistan. 

So in this post I will share all those tips from which you can get a verified Paypal account and a Bank of America’s current account within no time.

As we know that Paypal have many options to verify a user’s account for example:

• Address Verification(Which we cannot do)
• Bank Verification
• Card Verification

So the first option will not be available for us because obviously we are not a U.S or any other country’s resident where Paypal services are available.

So only two options are left for us and that are Bank Verification and Card verification.

Bank verification means verifying your account from your Bank account. We will focus on Bank verification right now. Therefore we will try to get a Bank of America’s current account which we can get in just a few minutes.

After getting a Bank of America’s account we will link it to Paypal to verify it, Its simple as that.

We will divide our work in some steps for your ease. So here we start 1,2,3 GO!

Step No. 1: Making a Paypal Account

To verify your account you must have to have it first. For this just visit Paypal Homepage and click on Sign-up button as shown below:

 

After clicking sign-up a new window will appear and you must have to select personal account then enter your email address and type your password.

After filling all the details you will move further to the next step where you have to fill your other details including your name, your username, your country name, your address, your postal code and etc but as I said first that as a Pakistani we do not have the opportunity to get a Paypal account from a Pakistani address. If you will scroll down the country list you will find that Pakistan is not listed there.

So we are stuck on the very first step right?

Now we have to do what we Pakistanis are being doing all around, we will cheat Paypal by making a fake account(This is the only way to get Paypal account, if your intentions are clear you don’t need to worry about anything). For this you must have to visit Fake name generator to generate a fake U.S resident phone number, address and all other details except First name and second name. Just follow these steps which are shown below:

 

After clicking on Generate button the system will automatically generate some fake details of  a U.S resident, just copy them and fill the details into the Paypal form and press enter. But use your original NIC name instead of the fake name (this is very important and you will learn about it later).

As I said first you must use your real name which is on your NIC and for other details just use those fake details which we got from Fake name generator.

Now agree with their terms and conditions by checking the “Yes,I’ve read and agree to” field and click on Agree and create account button.

Now Paypal will send you an email in your inbox with a verification link, just open the email and click on the verification link to verify your account.

Now your first step is done and you need to proceed to the next step.

Step No. 2: Making a Payoneer Account to get a Bank of America’s current account

Now move to Payoneer’s homepage, click on sign up button and fill their form as shown below in images.

But before starting the whole process make one thing clear in your mind that you have to use your original details for Payoneer because their services are available in Pakistan.

Now Payoneer will send a verification email along with your verification ID and with a verification link. Just verify your account by clicking on the verification link.

Once your account is verified by email, Payoneer will send your Master Card on your address(so make sure that your address is 100% correct). You will receive it in 15 to 20 days. It may take a little more time if you are living in rural areas of Pakistan(villages etc).

Once you have receive your card, the next thing you will need to do is to claim it. For this just log into your account and fill your card number into the 3rd option which you will find on the left side of your screen.

Now your Payoneer account is active and you can purchase any goods from any place of the world where Master Card facility is available but we are concerned about something else and that is Bank of America’s current account which Payoneer will allot you along with their Master Card.

You can find your new Bank of America’s account details on U.S Payment service page :

 

 

On this page you will find your Bank’s name, Routing (ABA) and most important your account number.

Step No. 3: Linking Paypal to your Bank of America’s account

Now when you have your own current account in Bank of America, everything has become really easy to do.

So the next part in the plan is to link your Paypal account from your Bank account and that will be easy enough for us to do.

So just log into your Paypal account and click on link a bank hyperlink:

 

Select your bank, choose Bank of America:

 

After this a new window will appear, choose the second option which is “enter account number manually” as shown below:

 

Now move to your Payoneer account and then visit U.S payment processor page:

Now copy your Bank’s Account Number and Routing number and paste it in the relevant fields:

 

Now click on Agree and Link button. Now wait for 2 or 3 days Paypal will send a test transaction to your Bank of America account. You will receive an email notification from Payoneer when the test money is received in your account.

Now log into your payoneer account and note down the two amounts which PayPal has sent you

 

 

Revisit your Paypal account and click on link a bank account hyperlink again and select “Confirm Bank Account” option:

 

Enter the test amounts which PayPal has sent on your Bank of America account and click Submit

 

 

If you have done everything right then you have get your first ever verified Paypal account in Pakistan for free.
