Many of Webmasters are very confused that how can they protect their blogs from Penguin and Panda penalties and what they can do with their Blogs to get High Page Rank after these algorithm updates and what they can’t. So,Today I am going to share some precautionary measures to protect your Blog from Google Penalties and I will also share the White Hat SEO tricks from which you can not only promote your Blog but you can also make backlinks.

PENGUIN AND PANDA INTRODUCTION

Penguin 3.0 and Panda 4.0 are algorithm updates by Google to penalize all Black Hat SEOs. You can read more about these algorithm updates here. But to give you people a brief introduction of these algorithms, I will like to sum-up in five points.

• 1) Penguin And Panda will penalize your Blog if you are using duplicate content.
• 2) They can penalize you if you are making backlinks to other websites for just backlinking purpose, I mean for not user education but just for making a backlink.
• 3) If Google finds a rich keyword anchor text in your posts or articles, They can penalize you.
• 4) If your backlink profiles has tons of low quality/cheap backlinks then you may suffer a penalty.
• 5) If your content is over-optimized, By over-optimized I mean that if your content is written for Search Engines instead of readers then you could be penalize by Google.

PREVENTION MEASURES TO AVOID PENALTIES

To prevent any damage from these algorithm updates you may follow these 5 simple advices.

• 1) Don’t make rich keyword anchor texts.
• 2) Be very conscious in making backlinks. Don’t buy cheap backlinking schemes for your blog and avoid commenting on low authority Blogs for backlinks.
• 3) Don’t use the exact match of Meta description in different articles and avoid extra use of Keywords in your content.
• 4) Don’t over-optimize your content for Search Engines, Write for readers rather than writing for Google Spiders. Use some SEO plugins for this purpose.
• 5) Don’t allow spam comments on your blog which are posted in intention to make backlinks.

HOW TO RANK HIGH IN SERPs AFTER PENGUIN AND PANDA?

Since Google has actually blocked all the ways which were used by Webmasters to make backlinks. Guest Posting [GONE], Buying a Paid Scheme for backlinks [WILL DESTROY YOU], Making spam comments [SHOULDN’T WORK BECAUSE OF NO-FOLLOW TAGS], Forum Posting [SORRY NO FORUMS ARE ALLOWING IT], Forum Signatures [GONE].

So, how can we get backlinks? The answer is Social Media. By Social Media we can’t just gain traffic to our Blog but we can also make a ton of backlinks. Whenever you post a link on your Page or Profile, You have actually make a backlink for your Blog and whenever someone likes it or reshares it, You have got one more link to your site. So as many likes, comments and shares you will get for a post which has a link back to your Blog as many backlinks you are making. For Example: You posted a link on your Gplus Account and 1000 people +1[ed] it and 500 reshared it, So it means that you have got 1500 more backlinks to your Blog because whenever Google spiders will crawl those people profile who have liked or reshared your post they will be diverted to your post and whenever they will crawl your Post they will be diverted to your link. So as many reshares and as many +1’s you will get as many backlinks you do have.
